The 4th Asia Open Source Software Symposium was held in Taipei on September 1-3, 2004, hosted by CICC, Japan, and co-hosted by Academia Sinica, Chinese Taipei, National Information Infrastructure Enterprise Promotion Association, Chinese Taipei.
We discussed the concrete cooperative ways based on the "Hanoi Statement", and agreed on the "Taipei Statement".
